Council Wants City to Concern About School Supplies for Children of Fire Victim

City Council Commission E asks Jakarta Provincial Government to concern about school supplies for children of Kebon Pala fire victim, East Jakarta.

After fire incident, students whose house burnt should go to school as soon as possible

Commission E Member, Hasan Basri Umar explained, fire burned all properties, including school uniform and supplies owned by 130 students from elementary school, junior high school, and high school.

"After fire incident, students whose house burnt should go to school as soon as possible,", he said, Thursday (8/24).

Council Visits Fire Victims in Kebon Pala

City through Social Dept. or Education Dept. concentrate to help fulfilling children needs for school such as uniform, bag, stationery, and others thus they can go to school again.

Similar thing also expressed from Commission E Member, Belly Bilalusalam. He said that besides food and beverage, school supplies assistance is also needed.

He admitted, Social Dept. had given assistance, such as school uniform and others.

"Related SKPDs also need to do valid record on students thus assistance can be given on target," he closed.
